Coach Spells, founder of Speed Development, Inc., is a member of USATF (United States Track and Field Association) and co-founder of MDSAQ (Multi-Directional-Speed-Agility-Quickness). As one of the premier sprint coach on the Central Coast of California and with over 30 years of track and field experience, coach Spells have been instrumental in developing functional conditioning training for many of the top athletes on the Central Coast and throughout the country. His running form training has been embraced by Track and Field Coaches and athletes from all across the country. Throughout the years he has mentored, prepared and encouraged many student athletes who are now attending colleges and universities throughout the country.
